2. Data Usage in the Finanzy App
- Income and Expense Data:
The Finanzy app allows users to track and analyze their income and expenses. All data entered by users is stored locally on their devices. None of this data is uploaded or stored on Finanzy servers. - Data Deletion:
Users can delete all their data from the app by using the “Delete All Data” button in the app’s settings.
3. Premium Features and Google Drive Integration
Premium users have the option to back up their data to their personal Google Drive accounts. When this feature is used:
- Finanzy will request access to your Google Drive for the purpose of saving and retrieving backup files.
- The app only interacts with your Google Drive as instructed by you and does not access, store, or manage any other files in your account.
- Backup files are stored in your Google Drive, and Finanzy does not have access to these files outside of the app’s functionality.
4. Advertisements
For users on the free plan, the Finanzy app displays ads provided by Google Ads. These ads may use cookies or similar technologies to serve personalized advertisements based on your preferences. You can manage your ad preferences directly through Google Ads settings.
5. Website Usage
Our website (www.finanzy.net) does not collect personal information. It may use cookies to improve user experience, but no personally identifiable information is stored or shared.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to ensure that your data remains secure. However, since all app data is stored locally on your device or on your Google Drive (if backed up), it is your responsibility to protect your device and Google Drive account from unauthorized access.
7. Location Data (Optional Feature)
The Finanzy app includes an optional feature that allows users to save location data when adding income or expense entries. This feature is disabled by default and must be manually enabled by the user in the app’s Settings.
When enabled:
- The app will store the location associated with each income or expense entry.
- All location data is stored locally on the user’s device.
- No location data is uploaded to or stored on Finanzy servers at any time.
If a user deletes all data using the “Delete All Data” option in the app, any stored location data will also be permanently deleted from the device.
8. Third-Party Services
- Google Drive: For premium users, data backups and interactions are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Ads: Ads shown to free users are provided by Google Ads and are subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
9. Your Rights
- You can delete all your data from the app at any time using the “Delete All Data” button in the settings menu.
- You can manage your Google Drive backups directly through your Google account.
