Finanzy provides both Local Backup and Cloud Backup options.

  • Local Backup: Saves backup files directly to your device's internal storage.
  • Cloud Backup: Allows Premium users to back up data to their Google Drive account. To back up your data, go to the Backup & Restore section from the main menu and choose your preferred backup option.
Can I track transactions in multiple currencies?

Yes, but you must enable the Multicurrency Mode, which is a Premium feature.

  • Once enabled, you can create accounts in different currencies and record transactions with cross-currency support.
Can I change the currency of an account after it is created?

No, the currency of an account cannot be changed once the account is created. If you need an account with a different currency, you can create a new account with the desired currency.

How do recurring transactions or transfers work?

To make a transaction or transfer recurring, enable the Recurring option when creating the record.

  • Specify the Recurrence Period (e.g., 1 week, 1 month).
  • Set the Recurring Count to define how many times it should repeat.
  • Recurring payments are created automatically one week in advance of the scheduled date.
What happens when I disable the Recurring option for a transaction?

Disabling the Recurring option stops the transaction or transfer from repeating in the future. Previously created recurring entries will remain in the app, but no new ones will be generated.
